It can be hard to reach out to someone for support, and even harder to find a therapist that you resonate with. As such I offer a free 30 minute initial session, this gives you the chance to see how it feels to work with me and for us both to see if it feels like a ‘good fit’.
In this initial session it is helpful for us to explore what it is you are seeking from therapy and for me to hear a little about your current circumstances. This will help me to be sure that I can offer the support you are seeking.
If you wish to meet again after this initial session I will suggest that you commit to a block of 6 sessions. This will give us the opportunity to work together in a more sustained way to bring about the changes you are seeking. After this we can regularly review how things are going and you can decide how you would like to proceed.

Conscious connected breathwork session (altered state of consciousness work) – per 90 minute session £100

Reiki session- for the months of September and October- (50 mins) – £30
